Call for suspending Qureshi's party membership
LAHORE: The Parliamentary Party of the PPP Punjab has recommended that Shah Mehmood Qureshi be suspended from the party, Geo News reported.
The meeting was attented by only 28 out of the 107 members of the Parliamentary party. A resolution was approved in the meeting which stated that Shah Mehmood Qureshi's membership from the party be suspended due to violation of party discipline.
Quereshi had met with Nawaz Sharif without permission. Speaking to the media PPP leader Raja Riaz said that those who have left the PPP have ended up like Ghulam Murtaza Jatoi and Mustafa Khar.
