Commissionerate System challenged in SC
ISLAMABAD: The enforcement of Commissionerate System in the province of Sindh through ordinance has been challenged in the Supreme Court of Pakistan here, Geo News reported.
Molvi Iqbal Hyder in his petition filed in the Supreme Court against the commissionerate system has made the federation through federal law ministry, Acting Sindh Governor, provincial chief secretary and secretary local bodies respondents.
It is prayed in the petition that the enforcement of commissionerate system be suspended immediately
