Faisalabad ‘jalsa’ on 24th to prove milestone: Imran Khan
ISLAMABAD: The Faisalabad ‘jalsa’ would prove to be a milestone in the PTI’s Hakumat Hatao Mulk Bachao Tehreek, according to PTI Chairman Imran Khan. Addressing PTI Punjab office bearers on telephone from London, Imran Khan said that the time had come to mobilise all segments of society, including doctors, lawyers, students, teachers, women groups and labor unions, for the removal of the cancerous government.
The meeting was called under the chairmanship of PTI Punjab President Ahsan Rashid to finalise arrangements for the Faisalabad jalsa to be held on July 24. Imran said that the 100-day agenda prepared by PTI experts was the way forward and by presenting such a detailed plan, the PTI would realign public debate to focus on the issues confronting society. He said that no other party could implement such a radical plan, as the PTI 100-day plan would destroy vested interests and their stranglehold over the economy and governance structures. staff report
