Political leadership on board on Indo-Pak dialogue: PM
ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani talked to political leadership of the country on telephone to take them into confidence on Pakistan-India talks being held in New Delhi. The prime minister informed them of the agenda of talks and progress on deliberations in various sectors between the two countries. The Pakistani delegation is led by Minister for Foreign Affairs Hina Rabbani Khar. Other members of the delegation are Foreign Secretary Salman Bashir, and officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The dialogue, he said, would cover all aspects and issues including the core issue of Jammu and Kashmir. The political leaders with whom the prime minister exchanged views included PML-N Chief Nawaz Sharif, PTI Chairman Imran Khan, PML-Functional Chief Pir Pagaro, JUI-F Chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman, PPP-Sherpao chief Aftab Ahmad Sherpao, PML-Q President Shujaat Hussain, Sindh Governor Ishratul Ebad and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Amir Haider Khan Hoti. app
