Criminals will not be spared: IG Balochistan
QUETTA: Inspector General Police Balochistan, Rao Muhammed Ameen Hashim said criminals behind the firing on Spini Road were not humans but terrorists and the people along with media should cooperate with the police in getting them arrested, Geo News reported.He added that the police would not let the criminals hide and strict action would be taken against them.
IGP Balochistan was visiting the site of the Spini Road firing incident. While speaking to the media, he said the police had already started taking action against criminal elements and several suspects had been taken into custody. These suspects are currently being interrogated, he said.
Eleven people were killed when unidentified men opened fire on a van at Spini Road in Quetta. The killing sparked violent protests outside the Bolan Medical Complex and an angry mob burnt cars and motorcycles.
