Contempt notices to Punjab home secretary, IG
LAHORE: Chief Justice of the Lahore High Court (LHC) on a petition relating to contempt of court has issued notices for September 27 to the Punjab home secretary and Inspector General of police on Friday here.LHC had ordered sending names of four inspectors including Musarrat for departmental promotions, who told the court that despite court order the petitioners’ names were not sent for the departmental promotions by the respondents.
The court issued notices to the Punjab home secretary and IG.
