Constitution states elected representatives will govern: PM
ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf met with Law Minister Farooq Naek and discussed important legal issues and the pending case.During the meeting, Prime Minister Ashraf said that the constitution clearly stated that governance was the responsibility of the elected representatives.
The prime minister stressed that the government believed in the rule of law and was running the country according to the constitution.
The new anti-terrorism law was also discussed during the meeting.
