Self-accountability required for progress: Altaf
LONDON: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain has stressed on consistent self-accountability for progress and said that nations could not achieve this goal on the basis of rhetoric and sweet sounding words, Geo News reported.
According to a statement issued from London, Hussain said this in a telephonic conversation with party’s coordination committee members, simultaneously in Karachi and London on Thursday.
Hussain said that a decision should be taken, keeping in view the ground realities instead of personal sentiments, to take the bull by horns. He said ‘Pakistan is facing serious internal and external threats besides economic crisis and law and order challenges’.
