Govt working to end loadshedding: Shahbaz
LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has said that the government has been working day in and day out to overcome load shedding.
He said that projects being launched in collaboration with Chin would end “darkness” in Pakistan.
The chief minister said that the previous government delayed the Nandipur Power Project, increasing cost of the project from Rs22 billion to Rs57 billion.
He said that Metro Bus Service could be launched in Karachi and Rawalpindi with the cost of Rs35 billion saved from the Nandipur Power Project, if the work on the project was started on time.
