Fasih Bokhari to move SC against appointment of new NAB boss

ISLAMABAD: Former National Accountability Bureau (NAB) chairman Fasih Bokhari has decided to move a petition in the Supreme Court to stop appointment of new NAB chief until the court decides his review petition.

Speaking to Geo News Bokhari’s counsel Latif Khosa said that his client had filed a review petition against the apex court decision of his removal.

He said that he would submit a miscellaneous application on Monday, praying for early hearing and seeking stay on appointment of NAB boss.

Khosa said that new NAB chief could not be appointed since the matter was sub judice.
