Tremors measuring 5.3 on Richter scale jolt upper parts of Pakistan
ISLAMABAD: An earthquake measuring 5.3 on Richter scale struck upper parts of Pakistan on Monday, but prompting no immediate report of damage, Geo News reported.
Met. Department said that the tremors were felt in Islamabad, Peshawar, Batkhela, Chitral, Kamoki, Sheikhupura, Kasur, Tarbela Ghazi and the surrounding areas, while its magnitude on Richter scale measured 5.3.
