Nab tries to bail Malik out of corruption references
ISLAMABAD: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) submitted to an Accountability Court a plea to withdraw two references of corruption filed against Federal Interior Minister Rehman A Malik, Geo News reported Wednesday.The Additional Prosecutor General filed the plea to take back the references against Malik.
The court set June 28 for proceedings of the withdrawal plea.
The court also will hear the plea for exemption from appearing before the court during the hearing.
