Fed. to file appeal against LHC’s full bench in president case
ISLAMABAD: Federation Tuesday resolved filing an appeal against full bench of Lahore High Court (LHC), which is hearing President Asif Ali Zardari’s case of holding dual positions – Presidency as well as co-Chairmanship of PPP, Geo news reported.Talking to Geo new, Talib Rizvi, the federal counsel said federation came to this resolution after LHC’s full bench dispelled the government’s pleas sans hearing those in court.
Moreover, the full bench of LHC also misinterpreted government’s stance later during the hearing of case, he accused.
