LHC issues notices to President’s father, mother
LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) has issued notices to father and mother of President Asif Ali Zaradari and others in an illegal land allotment case.On Wednesday, LHC has accepted the NAB appeal against the acquittal of accused in Muree illegal land allotment case and issued notices to President Zardari’s father Hakim Ali Zardari, his mother Mrs. Zareen Zardari and co-accused land acquisition controller Hashim Baber.
Earlier, the appeals filed by NAB against acquittal in illegal land allotment had been nullified when NRO declared void.
