Pakistan slams human rights violations in IHK
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan on Monday strongly condemned the human rights violation by Indian security forces in Indian-held Kashmir (IHK). Foreign Office Spokesman Abdul Basit, commenting on the recent events of torture of innocent Kashmiris in Sopore and other areas in IHK, said, “We are concerned at the human rights situation in Jammu and Kashmir”. The spokesman said that the international community should take notice of these violations by the Indian security forces in IHK. app
