SC orders charge sheet against DG FIA
ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court has directed the Attorney General (AG) to submit the charge sheet against the DG FIA in contempt of court case within thirty minutes on Friday, Geo News reported.
A three-member bench, headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, was hearing the contempt of court case against DG FIA Malik Iqbal during NICL hearing. The CJP remarked that the court had not taken any strict action against him but now no room will be given to the culprits. Law demands strict action from the court, the CJP added
