QUETTA: The Balochistan government has so far made no effort to seek immediate extradition of former president General (r) Pervez Musharraf, the principal accused in the Nawab Akbar Bugti murder case.
As per information provided by Deputy Attorney General (DAG) Malik Sikandar, the provincial government had not yet written a letter to the federal government seeking immediate extradition of Musharraf and his co-accused Shaukat Aziz, Aftab Sherpao, Jam Yusuf and others.
He shared this information with a division bench of the Balochistan High Court (BHC), which was hearing a petition filed by Jamil Bugti, eldest son of slain Bugti.
