SC orders to reconstitute missing persons commission
ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court has ordered the government to reconstitute the missing persons commission within two days and instructed the additional secretaries of ministries of interior and foreign affairs to appear before the apex court on every hearing, Geo News reported.The SC also summoned the IGPs of Sindh and Punjab and Home Secretary Punjab on next hearing. The court also ordered to reconstitute the missing persons commissions within two days.
A two-member bench comprised of Justice Javed Iqbal and Justice Nasir-ul-Mulk heard the case.
