Plea to transfer the case from ATC
KARACHI: The Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) hearing case of killing of Sarfaraz Shah sought reply from government lawyer over transfer case request and adjourned the hearing till tomorrow after issuing notice, Geo News reported.
Naimat Ali Randhawa, defence lawyer of Manthar Ali and Tariq, pleaded the court to transfer the case to normal court because it does not fall under the purview of the ATC. The court also rejected the request to provide the footage of the incident.
Defence lawyer said it was their right to ask for transferring the case.
