ISLAMABAD: Attorney General Irfan Qadir said Thursday that the Arsalan Iftikhar case may be sent to the National Accountability Bureau (NAB)
Speaking to reports, Qadir added that if the money was returned voluntarily then an investigation would not be held.
According to Qadir, in case of a plea bargain the investigation would stop.
The Supreme Court in its short order in the Arsalan Iftikhar suo moto case has directed the Attorney General to take strict action against Malik Riaz, Salam Ahmed (Riaz’s son-in-law) and Arsalan Iftikhar.
