Looters cannot become political martyrs: Nawaz Sharif
ISLAMABAD: PML-N president Nawaz Shairf said Thursday that looters could never become political martyrs but would rather become political orphans.Nawaz Sharif was speaking during a meeting of the PML-N parliamentary party meeting during which it was decided that Sardar Mehtab Abbasi would be the party’s candidate for prime minister.
Speaking to the media following the meeting, Nawaz Sharif outlined the challenges facing Pakistan, highlighting the need to improve the economic situation and eliminate the power crisis.
Sharif said that billions were being given in loans and the government had put the democratic process at stake.
