AC court issues arrest warrants of Malik Riaz in land fraud case

RAWALPINDI: An anti-corruption court on Thursday issued arrest warrants for seven people, including property tycoon Malik Riaz Hussain and his son Ali Riaz, in a case regarding illegal transfer of 1,350 kanals of land. Special Judge Ameer Chaudhry Khan issued the arrest warrants for the accused and ordered police to produce them before the court on June 25. Besides Malik Riaz Hussain’s son, other accused are Muhammad Ashfaq, Mailad Bibi, Iqbal Hussain Shah, Sheikh Sajidur Rehman and Iqbal. The court issued arrest warrants for the seven accused in the land case filed in 2005. online
