PM Raja summons energy meeting
ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Raja Parvez Ashraf, on his first day of premiership, called for a high-level meeting Saturday in the backdrop of current energy crisis, Geo News reported.According to the official statement, a high-level Cabinet meeting, summoned by the Prime Minister, will discuss the current energy crisis that has resulted in unprecedented loadshedding.
The meeting will be attended by members of Federal Cabinet’s energy committee and other high-ranked officials.
The members are expected to discuss ways to utilize all the available resources to overcome the prevalent power crisis and control unannounced load-shedding.
