Non-state actors involved in terrorism in India: Malik
ISLAMABAD: Advisor to Prime Minister on Interior, Rehman Malik said Wednesday that non-state actors are involved in terrorism in India, Geo News reported.
Malik told reporters that India had claimed that five incidents of terrorism had stemmed from Pakistan but they had all proven false.
Pakistan has got evidence of phone calls received by the terrorists, involved in Balochistan, from India, Malik said.
Rehman Malik clarified that Sarabjit Singh and Surjeet Singh were two different Indian prisoners in Pakistani jails. Malik told reporters that Surjeet Singh has completed his sentence and would be released in 48 hours and sent to India via the Wagah border.
Malik further said Pakistan is deliberating on the complications in the release of Indian terrorist Sarabjit Singh. Army has not interfered in this issue, he added.
