MQM offers unconditional support to Nawaz for PM slot
KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Chief Altaf Hussain has endorsed the decision of the party’s Coordination Committee, offering unconditional support to Nawaz Sharif in election for the office of prime minister.
Addressing a joint meeting of Coordination Committee of Pakistan and London via telephone, Altaf Hussain prayed that the new government might succeed in coping with the challenges facing the country.
It is pertinent to mention here that MQM leaders Farooq Sattar and Babar Ghauri Monday held a meeting with Nawaz Sharif at the chamber of Senator Ishaq Dar in the Parliament House and exchanged views on political situation.
