MNAs-elect Fazlur Rahman others take oathISLAMABAD: Members National Assembly (MNAs)-elect Maulana Fazlur Rahman and others were sworn in by the Speaker national assembly, Ayaz Sadiq immediately after beginning of the session on Wednesday here, Geo News reported.
The new prime minister will be elected in the session underway. PML-N’s Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, PPP-P’s Makhdoom Amin Faheem and PTI’s Javed Hashmi are vying for the premiership.
The support of 172 members out of the House of 342 will be required for getting elected as leader of the House.
