Khalid Javed posted as new Advocate General SindhKARACHI: The Sindh government Tuesday approved the resignation of provincial Advocate General (AG) Abdul Fateh Malik, replacing him with Barrister Khalid Javed, Geo News reported.
The sources said that the former AG had advised the complete implementation of Supreme Court’s verdict over out of turn postings in Sindh departments.
Provincial ministry of law and justice has approved the resignation of Abdul Fatah Malik and issued the notification to post Barrister Khalid Javed as new AG of the province.
The sources claimed that Abdul Fatah Malik had advised the provincial government to implement the apex court’s verdict in true letter and spirit while opposing the options of filing review appeal and carrying out legislation in this regard.
