ECP issues schedule for by-polls on 42 NA, provincial seatsISLAMABAD: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Friday issued schedule for by-polls on 42 seats that included 16 National and 26 seats of provincial assemblies.
As the ECP schedule the by-elections will be held on 22nd of August, candidates can submit their nomination papers from 3rd to 9th July, scrutiny of papers will be held from 11 to 17 July, appeals can be filed till 22 July and the decision on such appeals will be made on 29 July.
The final list of the candidates would be issued on July 31.
