Temperatures rise across Pakistan
KARACHI: Pakistan continues to experience a heat wave with temperatures rising across the country on Saturday.
The temperature in several cities of Punjab including Lahore, Multan and Faisalabad was recorded at 45 degrees.
Residents of Sindh are also experiencing a sharp rise in the mercury level with the 48 degrees recorded in Mohenjo-daro. People in Karachi and other cities of the province have increased their intake of cold drinks to help deal with the impact of the heat wave.
