China expresses condolences

BEIJING: A Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman on Monday expressed condolences to victims of the violent attack on Jinnah International Airport in Karachi. “China strongly condemns the attack and conveys sympathy to the victims’ families as well as those injured,” she said. China hopes the injured will recover soon, she said, adding China supports Pakistan’s anti-terror strategy.
