Any attempt to disrupt peace unacceptable, says Nawaz
ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Wednesday said that no one can be allowed to disrupt peace in the country.
In a statement, the prime minister said Pakistan was currently faced with two challenges. “On the one hand our armed forces are fighting against terrorists while on the other hand we are striving to put the economy on the right track,” he said. Deploring the loss of precious lives in the Lahore incident, Nawaz said a judicial tribunal has been constituted to probe the incident. He pledged that responsibility will be fixed in the light of the report of the tribunal and legal action will be taken against the culprits.
