CJ seeks report into Karachi airport attack

KARACHI: Taking notice of a militant attack on Karachi’s Jinnah International Airport the Chief Justice of Pakistan has sought a report within 15 days.

The Chief Justice Tassudduq Hussain Jilalni sought the report over an application submitted by Nadeem A. Sheikh into deaths of seven people at the cold storage of the airport. He had submitted the application with the Human Rights Cell of the apex court.

The top judge asked the Civil Aviation Authority and the Interior Secretary to produce the report into the attack within 15 days.
