Rangers to setup watchtowers near Karachi airport
KARACHI: The Pakistan Rangers Sindh has decided to setup posts and watchtowers in Model Colony area of the city adjacent to Karachi’s Jinnah International Airport, Geo News reported on Wednesday.
The decision comes a day after unknown gunmen opened fire on a plane at the Peshawar’s Bacha Khan Airport.
A spokesman for the paramilitary force said that the Director General Sindh Rangers had given approval for the posts and watchtowers after visiting the locality.
