ISLAMABAD – Federal Minister for Railways Khawaja Saad Rafique has urged chief of Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) Tahir ul Qadri to avoid using derogatory language against the politicians.
Talking in a state-run TV show, the minister said that using abusive language in the speeches or addresses was indecent and did not suit Tahir ul Qadri. He said that the character of PAT chief had different and controversial dimensions. He said that Tahir ul Qadri should avoid playing politics on non-issues.
Saad said that it seemed that PAT chief does not have any vision about the country's politics. The workers of PAT attacked and had used force against the police personnel, he said. Tahir ul Qadri should explain about the revolution and agenda of reforms he was mentioning, he said.
Replying to a question, he said that talks on reforming the system can be held with Tahir ul Qadri. He suggested that the PAT chief should speak truth and avoid playing politics on non-issues.
