Sindh CM presents cheque of Rs.50 million to COAS for IDPs
APPRAWALPINDI – Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah, called on Chief of Army Staff (COAS), General Raheel Sharif at General Headquarters here on Monday.
He presented him a cheque of Rs 50 million on behalf of Government of Sindh for the IDPs of North Wazirastan Agency, said an ISPR press release issued here.
The chief minister expressed his solidarity with the displaced people of North Wazirastan Agency and reiterated that Govt of Sindh would render all possible assistance for the well being of IDPs.
The chief minister reaffirmed full support of the people of Sindh for the Armed Forces and ongoing operation Zarbe Azb.
