Cyclone: K Electric issues precautionary instructions
KARACHI: K Electric has issued precautionary instructions for its consumers in view of possible rains and wind storm due to the presence of a cyclone in the Arabian Sea.
The spokesman for K Electric has advised the citizens to stay away from power posts and broken power supply lines.
He also advised the people to get branches of those trees trimmed which have grown big and almost touching the supply lines.
The spokesman further said that the staff of K Electric will remain alert and active in view of any contingency due to the cyclone.
He asked the citizens to immediately inform K Electric in case any emergency on its helpline 118.
