Justice needs to be such as visible to all: CJ
PESHAWAR: Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Iftikhar Muhammed Chaudhry Tuesday underscored the need for such justice that is noticeable to everybody, Geo News reported Tuesday.He was hearing at SC Peshawar Registry a case of a man who gave away his land to the government, so that a dairy farm could be set up there and he could acquire a job there.
The CJ Chaudhry said it is not necessary for a man to receive employment in return for the land provided to the government.
It should be mentioned that Gul Nawaz gave his land to the government to establish dairy farm in return for employment; however, he was not offered any government job.
The division bench including also Justice Chaudhry Ijaz Ahmed heard the case and discharged it.
