Gilani-Singh meeting in US not final yet: FO
ISLAMABAD: A meeting between Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani and his Indian counterpart, Manmohan Singh, on the sidelines of a conference in the US is not final yet, according to the Foreign Office. FO Spokesman Abdul Basit said while Gilani would attend the Nuclear Security Summit in Washington on April 12 and 13, he was unaware of any meeting scheduled between the Pakistani and Indian prime ministers on the sidelines of the summit. “I don’t know yet.” The Washington summit is scheduled to focus on securing vulnerable nuclear materials and preventing nuclear terrorism. staff report
