Professional excellence vital for dealing with challenges: COAS
RAWALPINDI: Achieving all-round professional excellence is vital to responding to future challenges efficiently, Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Ashfaq Kayani said on Tuesday. Chairing the 127th Corps Commanders’ Conference at the General Headquarters, the COAS expressed satisfaction over the performance of the Pakistan Army in the ongoing operations, and lauded the professional competence demonstrated by field formations during the recently held field and firing exercises, according to a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations. All corps commanders and principal staff officers attended the conference, in which a comprehensive overview of various professional matters of the army was presented. staff report
