Pak group meeting with Gen James fruitful: US official
WASHINGTON: A US government official said the meeting of Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Defence Minister Ahmed Mukhtar, Chief of the Army Staff General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani and Pak Ambassador in US Hussain Haqqani with US National Security Adviser General James Jones remained fruitful, Geo News reported Saturday.Talking to Geo News here, Michael Hammer, a spokesman for the National Security Council said the meeting held at White House reviewed various issues including the meetings and negotiations of the Pak delegation during the US visit.
The meeting also discussed the successes in bilateral issues.
US Vice President Joe Biden also was in the meeting and expressed satisfaction over the development in issues relating bilateral benefits.
