‘No third power behind delay’LAHORE: There is no “third power” behind the delay in the constitutional reforms package, PML-Q President Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain was quoted by a private TV channel on Friday. According to the channel, Shujaat said there was no “third party” that was delaying the tabling of the 18th Amendment before parliament “other than the PML-Nawaz and the Pakistan People’s Party”. daily times monitor
