I believe in provincial autonomy: Nawaz
LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) chief Mian Nawaz Sharif has said that he is himself a supporter of provincial autonomy, urging the center to transfer more resources and powers to the provinces.Speaking to various delegations of Balochistan at the Chief Minister House in Lahore, he said the provinces should transfer the resources to Tehsil level.
The PML-N chief said he was firm on his stance regarding constitutional reforms. “Time will tell whether his decision is right or wrong,” he said.
However, former premier there was some progress about constitutional reforms.
“We will have to take special measures to address the deprivation of Balochistan people,” said Nawaz.
