Federal cabinet condemns assassination
ISLAMABAD: The federal cabinet on Wednesday condemned the assassination of Shahbaz Bhatti, Federal Minister for Minorities Affairs and expressed the resolve for stern action against elements responsible for this heinous crime.
The cabinet which met under the chair of Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani at the PM Secretariat, observed two-minute silence for the departed soul.
The cabinet also expressed condolence with members of the bereaved family.
The meeting continued to discuss the security situation in the wake of the Minister's killing. (APP)
