Zardari remarks on Awan case unfortunate: Rana
LAHORE: Punjab Minister for Law Rana Sanaullah has termed as extremely unfortunate PPP Co-Chairman Asif Zardari’s statement in reaction to the indictment of Federal Law Minister Babar Awan, Geo News reported.
Talking to Geo News, Rana Sanaullah said Babar Awan should have fought his case himself.
“It was a common man who had a case registered against Babar Awan and the Punjab Government is not the plaintiff in this case,” the Punjab Law Minister clarified.
He said there is no political motive behind this case.
