US national released from Peshawar Jail
PESHAWAR: The detained US national Aaron Mark Dehaven whose bail application was accepted by the court of additional Session Judge was Tuesday released from Central Prison after depositing Rs.2 million in cash as guarantee.Tight security blanket was put in place around the Central Prison Peshawar at the time his release.
The court headed by Additional Session Judge Altaf ur Rehman had ordered "if the petitioner deposited the required amount, he be released provided that he was not wanted or behind the bars in any other case".
The cash amount was deposited in the account of the Peshawar District and Sessions Court. The petitioner was represented by Advocate Sardar Ali Reza.
