PCS officers start civil disobedience
LAHORE: PCS officers have announced that they would continue the peaceful strike until getting their constitutional and legal rights.PCS Officers Association’s secretary information, Asifa Murtuza talking to Geo News said that the transfers of the PCS officers were vindictive and malicious act. She said that they would neither comply the orders relating to transfers and suspensions nor would offer any apologies.
Meanwhile, the Punjab government said that section 144 remains clamped in all the provincial departments including provincial civil secretariat. Throttling the voice of the striking officers has been ordered, whosoever officer would take the law in his hand would be arrested.
