Nawaz advised two-week rest by doctors
ISLAMABAD: Former prime minister and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) chief Nawaz Sharif, who was shifted to his residence after undergoing heart surgery in a private Central London hospital, has been advised by doctors to take complete rest for at least two to three weeks. According to Siddiq-ul-Farooq, central leader of the PML-N, Nawaz was now “well and recovering fast” and his medical tests and check-ups would continue. When asked about the expected return of the PML-N chief from London, Farooq said that he would return to the country after the advice of the doctors. It is pertinent to mention that Nawaz felt chest pain last week when he had travelled from Geneva to London with his wife and son Hasan Nawaz and was admitted to the hospital, where he underwent the heart surgery. app
