SC larger bench to hear memo case on 11th
ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan has constituted a nine-member larger bench for the hearing of memo scandal case. According to the cause list of the apex court, the hearing in the case will be held on March 11 in the Supreme Court building. The larger bench comprises Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, Justice Nasirul Mulk, Justice Jawwad S Khawaja, Justice Khilji Arif Hussain, Justice Amir Hani Muslim, Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan, Justice Gulzar Ahmed, Justice Muhammad Athar Saeed and Justice Sh Azmat Saeed. Asma Jahangir, the counsel for Husain Haqqani, will submit her contention about the apprehensions and concerns expressed by her client in his application, whereas the interior secretary would submit his report about security arrangements for the arrival of former ambassador to Pakistan. app
