ECP forms committee on media code of conductISLAMABAD: The Election Commission on Thursday formed a committee, which would present a code of conduct for media to the electoral body within two days.
Sources said the committee headed by Election Commission Secretary Ishtiaq Ahmed Khan was formed after reservations emerged over the media code of conduct.
The sources said the ECP intends to extend foreign observers’ stay in Pakistan, adding that the ECP would hold a briefing in this regard on Monday.
