ECP to meet Brahamdagh Bugti, Akhtar Mengal and other Baloch leaders: Secretary
ISLAMABAD: Secretary Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) Ishtiaque Ahmed said on Tuesday that the members of ECP will meet disgruntled Baloch leaders to convince them to participate in the coming elections, Geo News reported.
While talking to the media here today, Ishtiaque Ahmed said that the ECP members will meet Balochistan Republican Party chief Brahamdagh Bugti, Balochistan National Party-Mengal leader Akhtar Mengal and all other annoyed Baloch leaders to convince them to participate in the election. He said that the commission will address their concerns.
Secretary ECP continued saying that the commission will not let the election process to be sabotaged and strict action will be taken against those who will attempt to interrupt the election process.
